Our Mission
Our mission is to advocate for the professional, educational, economic, and social welfare of our members, to ensure their fair and equal treatment, and to continually seek opportunities to strengthen the bond between officers and the communities they serve.
What We Do
Our ultimate responsibility is to protect, defend, and oversee the fair and equitable implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Memphis and the Memphis Police Association.
It is the purpose of this Agreement to assure harmonious relations between the City and Association and to provide for the equitable and peaceful adjustments of differences that may arise as related to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.

We represent over 2000 commissioned police officers and retirees.
